Shipping policy

Processing Time

We aim to process orders within 2-7 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once the order has been mailed out, tracking number will be updated via email so you may continue to track its shipping progress on the courier website. 

 

Domestic Delivery

We are based in Penang Island, Malaysia, and ship within Malaysia via Poslaju/Ninjavan at a flat rate of RM7. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Enjoy free shipping when you spend RM120 and above, automatically applies upon checking out.

*Please note that there may be a slight delay in the estimated delivery time frame during the festive season. 

 

International Delivery

International orders will be shipped via Flexipack International by Pos Malaysia (with tracking).

Shipping rates are as follows:

Zone 1

Singapore only - via Ninja Van (tracked) shipping at a flat rate of RM28

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 2-5 working days after the order is shipped

 

Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand - via local postal service (tracked) shipping at a flat rate of RM40

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 1-2 weeks after the parcel is dispatched from Malaysia airport (subject to customs clearance and local delivery service) 

 

Zone 2

All other countries except those listed above - Tracked shipping at a flat rate of RM60

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 2-3 weeks after the parcel is dispatched from Malaysia airport (subject to customs clearance and local delivery service) 

For international orders, please note that all applicable taxes, customs or import duties at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid by the buyer for the package to be released by customs.
